If handling of the product has diminished its value, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer before we accept the refund.
Refunds

We refund the product price and the standard delivery costs.
Additional costs for express or special delivery methods are non-refundable.
