FAQs

1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure fast and secure delivery. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, feel free to contact us and we’ll provide available options and estimated delivery times.
Note: If your country is not listed on our website at checkout, it doesn’t necessarily mean we can’t ship there, it simply means we’ll need to calculate shipping manually based on your location.

2. My country is not on the list of shipping destinations?

If your country doesn’t appear during checkout, please contact us directly via our contact form or email. We will study your case and offer a personalized solution to arrange manual shipping. We aim to deliver worldwide whenever possible.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you don’t receive this email, please contact us and we’ll resend the tracking information.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form or email and include your order number. Once the order is dispatched, changes or cancellations are not possible, but you may return the product after receiving it.

5. What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method. For orders in Spain, typical delivery is 24 to 48 business hours. International orders usually take 3 to 10 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

6. Do the products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products include a 2 year legal warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
This warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, or wear due to intensive racing use. If you experience an issue, contact us and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

7. Can I return my order?

Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or the order is incorrect. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll process the refund or replacement within 7 business days.

10. Can I request sponsorship for my project?

Yes. We support motorsport-related initiatives, especially Formula Student teams, prototype projects, and experimental vehicles.
To request sponsorship, send us a detailed proposal including:
– Project or team information
– Technical and sporting goals
– Visibility opportunities (events, social media, publications, etc.)
– Product needs
Submit your proposal through our contact form or via email: info@racingpedalboxes.com
We evaluate each request individually and may offer support through discounts, product loans, or cross-promotion based on available resources.

11. Do you offer discounts for universities or competition teams?

Yes. We offer special pricing for educational institutions, Formula Student teams, and motorsport-related academic projects.
If you’re part of such a team, email us at info@racingpedalboxes.com with:
– Team and university name
– Project overview
– Products of interest
Our team will review your request and offer a customized discount or special conditions.

12. Are your pedal boxes street legal?

No. Our pedal systems are designed for motorsport, prototypes, and custom vehicles, not for road-legal use.
They are not type-approved under regulations such as UNECE or ECE R13, so their use on public roads is not officially permitted unless certified under specific local regulations and homologation processes.

13. Can I become a distributor in my country?

Yes. We’re open to working with international distributors.
If you’re interested, send us a proposal through our contact form or by email (info@racingpedalboxes.com) including your country, background in the sector, and target customer base.
We’ll review your proposal and get in touch to discuss distribution terms and technical/commercial support.

14. Which master cylinders should I choose?

Choosing the correct master cylinder diameter depends on your vehicle setup and intended use. Here’s a general guide:
– 0.625” (15.87 mm): High pressure with low effort, ideal for rear brakes or small calipers.
– 0.70” (17.78 mm): Balanced pressure and flow, common for front brakes or clutches.
– 0.75” (19.05 mm): More flow, more pedal force, suitable for larger calipers or high-volume systems.
Tip: For dual master cylinder setups with a balance bar, it’s common to use different diameters front/rear (e.g., 0.625” rear and 0.70” or 0.75” front) to tune brake bias.
If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help you select the best combination for your project.
